We instead are creating a new image of what the Cambridge student is – the authentic version of ourselves. . In doing so hopefully the next black boy or girl in year 12 or even year 8 can imagine themselves belonging in such places” – @cambridgeacs freshers . Most of the freshers are wearing their traditional clothing representing their authentic selves. They are proud to be anchored in their cultural heritage and not afraid to show it. .
